KFC Order Disaster from Yemek Sepeti App
I ordered KFC through Yemek Sepeti at 12:43, and they said it would be delivered in 35 minutes. But, the order got canceled after 2 hours and 40 minutes. I reached out to both the company and Yemek Sepeti several times, and they both told me that my order would be sent out soon. But, when they canceled it, both companies said they couldn't deliver to where I live. They didn't give any warning when I placed the order. Also, I noticed that they took a new order after canceling the previous one. I won't pick either company again and I'd suggest others to stay away from them too.

They shamelessly shared the customer service number, and when the incident happened yesterday, I called that number 3 times. Each time, I waited between 15-16 minutes to connect to customer service. Why? Because everyone is complaining about their orders, everyone is calling, and we can't get through.
