On 26.04.2023, I placed an order from the Istanbul Tuzla Marina KFC branch at 17.00, with a forward time, at 18:30. When my order was delayed, I called customer service at 18:45. And it took me 20 minutes to connect to customer service. After talking to customer service, I was told that they informed the branch that there was a delay and that the branch would get back to me as soon as possible. Since I still haven't received my order at 19:30, I called customer service again and I was connected after 22 minutes. They contacted the branch. They informed me that there was a delay due to the intensity and they said that it would arrive in 15 minutes. We kept waiting again and at 20:15 we called customer service again as the order still had not arrived. In the meantime, we never heard even a word of apology. Customer satisfaction was out of the question. In our last conversation with customer service, after a long connection process, we stated that we would not hang up until the order came, and we requested to talk to the branch. After the meeting with the branch, they stated that they had a lack of couriers and stated that they were busy. I think it is KFC itself that is responsible for making this organization. I experienced similar delays on orders I placed from the same branch before. I made a complaint, nothing has changed. As a result of all these 3 hours of waiting, our orders have arrived and the incoming orders are incomplete. The spicy wings did not come. The Crispy shots were missing and the ones that came were in very bad shape. The fries were cold and inedible. I can say that it was my last KFC experience. If you are a customer-oriented company and you care about customer satisfaction, I expect a satisfactory answer from the authorities about the wrong order and waiting for so long.
