Shopier Lave Jewelleryy Fake Leather Wallet


I ordered a men’s leather wallet through the lave.jewelleryy Instagram page via the Shopier application on 15 March. On 19 March, the product I ordered was delivered to me. The wallet was advertised and sold to me as a genuine leather men’s wallet, and I paid a total of ₺1,415, including ₺1,260 for the wallet and ₺155 for shipping. When I received the wallet, I became suspicious of its quality. To be sure, I went to a bag store and showed the product to a specialist there. I was clearly told that the wallet is not genuine leather. After that, I contacted the seller via WhatsApp and explained the situation. They asked me how I understood that it was not genuine leather, and I described in detail that I had it checked in a store. I was told that a solution would be provided after the Bayram holiday. However, despite this promise, no solution has been provided for a long time and I have not received any further response from the seller. Although I wrote again, my messages were not answered and my problem was ignored. I expect an apology for keeping me waiting for such a long time without any concrete solution and for not responding to my messages. In addition, I request that a genuine, original leather wallet, as advertised, be sent to me without any extra charge, or that a suitable solution be offered in line with my rights as a consumer.
