LCW Girls Set: Faded Shirt, Socks Torn
On March 10, 2026, I purchased a three-piece girl’s set consisting of a skirt, shirt and socks from the LC Waikiki store in Gebze center. After a very short time of use, the shirt’s color faded, and the socks tore on the first use, which led me to believe that the product quality is not acceptable. When I went to the store to report the problem, the staff asked me to bring the torn socks. I explained that I had thrown them away because they were already torn and unusable, but despite this, they showed no interest in helping me and did not offer any solution. Due to the rapid fading of the shirt and the socks tearing on first use, as well as the indifferent attitude I encountered at the store, I no longer trust the quality of this set. I request a full refund for this three-piece girl’s set and expect this issue to be handled promptly and fairly.
