KFC Combo, Neither My Money Nor My Burger Was Delivered


I've ordered Gamber Box on 6/19 and then I've decided to cancel it but there was no option for canceling on the application(KFC Türkiye app) Then luckily an employee called because they ran out of hot wings bla bla.. So I told her the situation and they canceled my order from the restaurant and told me that I would get my refund in 1-2 days. (It has been 11 days no refund no calling back) So 2 days later on 6/21, I ordered another menu for delivery but it formed to pick up. I've searched for client service but the number was expired and can't be used The employee who called me 2 days earlier contacted me from her cell phone(that's weird that the restaurant doesn't have their official number for getting in contact with clients.)so ı called her back told about the situation and she gave me the secret golden number KFC CALL CENTER.(the number exists for clients but no client can access the number cause it can't be found in the net or anywhere)I've called them asked for my orders and formed a complain form about the situation and they told me that our unit for client complains and problems will keep in touch with you about in 14-15 working days(which I thought was a joke cause slow of the process)I prolonged her joke and said: "So there will be a burger spawn in my apartment like after a month?" In a nutshell neither my money refunded nor my burger was delivered. I'm surprised by the unqualification of the KFC units in Turkey.
