KFC Order Cancel Refund Been Awaiting for Two Whole Months
I canceled my order, where is my money then??? It's been almost two months, and runaround is all they can offer... Every time I give them a ring, they're like, "Yeah, we'll open a new case" but honestly, nothing's happening to fix the problem. It's so annoying to think that KFC, a big company, is having such a hard time giving me back my 120 bucks. this ongoing lack of responsiveness and inability to fix a simple issue, I mean how come you claim that you are a BIG company!!!! I'm thinking about complaining to consumer protection agencies and maybe even taking legal action if I have to. I gotta say, I'm all about finding a chill solution, but this long wait and zero communication have really pushed me to my limit.
