I'm a regular at KFC, often ordering the Xtreme Box, however it appears that there is a reoccurring problem with missing salad. One out of every two orders consistently fails to include a salad. While most branches compensated by supplying alternative items, Hasret at Meydan AVM (Ümraniye, Istanbul) declined to provide any replacements for the missing item. If you are not going to include it, it should be deleted from the menu or replaced with another option. In addition, your sales consultant's attitude requires significant modification.
