KFC Charged Me More than Advertised for Combo Meal and Misled Tourists

At the KFC outlet on Istiklal Street (ground floor, next to Burger King), I noticed the cashier was misleading tourists who don’t speak or understand Turkish regarding product prices. On the evening of October 11th, I chose a combo meal that included 4 spicy wings, fries, and a drink, which was advertised for ₺295. However, the cashier claimed that for ₺295, I could only get the 4 wings—without fries or a drink—and if I wanted the full combo, it would cost ₺448. She even showed this to me on a calculator. When I asked why they advertised one price but charged another, she said, "That’s how it works in Turkey." Later, I discovered numerous reports of similar misleadings at KFC targeting tourists on TripAdvisor. This behavior is shocking for a KFC fan like me and a disgrace to Turkish tourism. The Turkish authorities or KFC should address these local misleadings immediately. Additionally, the staff refused to let me take any photos of the menu or the prices on the calculator.
