KFC Cancels My Order for Sick Nephew, Confiscates Money

I recently placed an order for my seven year old nephew, who was feeling unwell, through the KFC app. To my shock and disbelief, they cancelled the order without a valid reason and made away with 134 TL of profit. Who do they think they are to victimize customers in this way? The system received the order, KFC saw it and then realized that the location was different than what I had provided earlier. Instead of rectifying this issue by calling me, they pretended as if the order was being prepared and asked me to confirm the new address on phone. They even said that if I don’t agree then they would cancel the order but no refund would be given. This was totally unacceptable to me. I gave them the correct address - where my sick nephew was - but still no delivery person left KFC with my order! There is a voice recording of our conversation available; I believe anyone who listens to it will realise how unfairly I have been treated. The menu wasn’t prepared yet at all when they called me and still they cancelled it based solely on the location difference? That’s outrageous! How can one expect me to pay for something which never got delivered? They have taken away 134 TL from someone in need without any valid reason or ground whatsoever. Such behaviour cannot be tolerated under any circumstances and thus must be dealt with sternly and swiftly by means of refunding back my money immediately. No child should go hungry because of their unjustified attitude; thus a full refund is essential.
