KFC Canceled Twice And Made Us Wait 3.5 Hours For No Meal
I placed an order which was canceled not once but twice, and when the order finally went through, it took a whopping 3.5 hours to arrive! During this time, we were constantly in touch with the customer service representatives who kept assuring us that the food was on its way. However, it never arrived, leaving us hungry and frustrated. This kind of service is completely unacceptable, and KFC is mocking us. Why did it take 3.5 hours for the meal not arrive even though it was canceled twice?They could have let us know, other than canceling it with no expalanation!! I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their time and hunger satisfaction.
