KFC Mobile Order Overcharge Scam

Through the KFC mobile app, I managed to make an order for a menu item on February 13, 2024, at 16:29. There was a deduction of ₺628 from my card, but the order did not arrive that day. I dialed 4443555 and waited for a few minutes, but there was no response. I attempted to contact you online, but I did not receive a response. As a result of this tragedy, I am left stuck and helpless. I am curious as to why you withheld payment for an item that you would not be delivering. I anticipate a reaction from the company.
