Butikenz Failed to Deliver My Dining Table Set Ordered Three Months Ago

On October 12, 2024, I ordered a dining table set from Butikenz and was assured delivery in fifteen business days. It has already been more than three months and I still haven received my order. Their customer support first answered my questions, asserting the package was delayed because of customs clearance. After repeated follow-ups, though, their answers become evasive and then they stopped responding completely. Their website has not been accessible for the past week, hence I cannot follow my order status. I also came across other clients dealing with like problems. This encounter has been really unpleasant, and I now think Butikenz might be conducting a hoax. Others should definitely avoid buying from this firm.
