I Face Pressure Failure with Karcher K3 120 Washer After 20 Days of Light Use

I purchased a Karcher K3 120 high-pressure washer on June 29. By July 20—just 20 days later—the machine stopped building any pressure. I immediately brought it to the authorized service center in Çanakkale on July 21. To my surprise, they claimed that the product is only designed to be used for 30 minutes per day. They also said that because I bought it through the company (not from a physical store), it wouldn’t be covered by the warranty.
They blamed me for "overusing" it and quoted a repair cost of ₺6,890—more than the current retail price of a brand new unit, which is ₺5,500. This is unacceptable. I chose what I thought was a reputable brand, expecting quality and durability. But despite using the washer for only about 1–1.5 hours in total, it broke down in less than a month.
It’s deeply frustrating to pay for a premium product, only to receive dismissive service and unreasonable repair costs. I demand that Karcher stand behind their product and offer a full warranty repair or replacement.
