My Karcher K4 Pressure Washer Part Is Impossible to Get

A small crack appeared on a part of my K4 Universal pressure washer due to my own mistake. Simple enough, right? Wrong. Getting a replacement part has become an absolute nightmare. First, I contacted our local Karcher dealer, supposedly the largest in Turkey. I sent them photos, but they claimed they didn't have the part.
So, I escalated to the Karcher main office. I filled out a form on their website, received an email, and then was told to call customer service. After finally reaching customer service, I placed an order for the part. Five agonizing days passed with no call back. I emailed again. Then, customer service called, only to inform me that "only five days have passed," and the entire process, just to identify the part, could take up to six weeks! That's right, six weeks just for them to figure out what part I need. After that, they said they'd order it from Germany.
By my calculations, I'll be waiting approximately six months for a very simple part that probably costs about €6. I even offered to provide the part number, but they insisted I "describe" it. This level of slow and incompetent service is truly pathetic. It's clear that if your Karcher device breaks, you're left stranded or facing endless waits. This is a huge risk. Now, I'm forced to source this simple part from outside the country because Karcher Turkey provides no legitimate support.
