Karcher Submersible Pump Stopped Working

I purchased a Karcher submersible pump, and it failed in less than a year. I sent it to the authorized service center for repair, but it has been 21 days, and I have received no update. A submersible pump is essential for supplying water to my home, and I have been left without water for weeks due to Karcher’s lack of communication.
Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I have not received any response. It is completely unacceptable that such a well-known brand fails to provide timely support for a product that is crucial for daily life.
I sent the pump under the name Bekamak, and I demand an immediate update on the status of my repair. Can someone from Karcher finally respond and resolve this issue? This level of service is highly disappointing.
