Karcher Rightful Return Process Is Tiresome, Filled Out the Form, Waiting for an Answer

bought something off Karcher.com.tr, and now want to return the product within the legal timeframe, so I went ahead and filled out their online return form. No response still. Thinking maybe I'll have better luck with customer service, I dial up all the numbers they've got listed. Surprise, surprise – can't get through to a single one. obviously, I'm stuck in this weird loop of trying to reach someone and getting nowhere. what will I do, or better asked is there anything else I can do.
