Karcher Sends Wrong Products and Refuses Refund – Terrible Customer Service

I purchased a hose and connector from Karcher Turkey, but they repeatedly sent the wrong products. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they never pick up the phone. No explanation or refund has been provided. I deeply regret not purchasing through Hepsiburada or Trendyol. Buying directly from this company was a huge mistake, and now I’m left frustrated and without any resolution. For something as small as a hose connector, they've wasted days of my time. Had I bought a more expensive product, I would have been even more upset. Karcher’s customer service is nonexistent, and their handling of this issue is beyond disappointing. I urge others to avoid making the same mistake.
