I have tried calling the Customer Support Hotline at 0850 288 30 00, but I have been unsuccessful. Ankara-authorized service contact is not possible at this time. The website does not have a complaint form that users can fill out. Due to the absence of repair and maintenance services in Ankara, faulty products must be transported to Istanbul for attention. I am filing a complaint and looking for a solution to all of these problems at this time. I am grateful.
