Rust has appeared on the lid of my Karaca water heater. Shortly after I bought the product, small rust spots began to form on the top lid. I called for service in the Bodrum area, and when I spoke with customer service they said there is a service in Fethiye. I tried to reach a technician but couldn’t catch anyone, so I continued using the product as it was; later the rust worsened. I request that the product be replaced with a new one (provided it will not rust the same way). I await your attention and a solution, thank you.
