I purchased a Karaca Glass Tea XL 2‑in‑1 Glass Tea Maker & Kettle (Order No. 302-3170993-0217966) on 11.06.2025. After a short period of use, the product broke and became unusable. I contacted customer service many times and, after long discussions, a return ticket for repair was finally issued and I sent the kettle in as instructed. At the time of sending, I was informed that I had to wait 21 days and then an additional 40 working days for the repair process to be completed. Despite this already long timeframe, more than 61 days have now passed and I still have not received any information, any repair result, or the return of my kettle. There has been no clear communication or solution offered to me during this period. Due to the product failure in a short time, the excessively long waiting period, and the lack of proper customer service, I have completely lost trust in this purchase. I kindly request a full refund of the amount I paid for this order to my original payment method as soon as possible.
