I ordered a pair of sneakers from the Lacoste website and had been waiting patiently for 8 days for a basic delivery update. When I finally called customer service, they told me—almost as if it were no big deal—that my order had been canceled because of information from their warehouse. The website still says my order is "being prepared," which is misleading, and I haven't gotten my money back yet. I didn't get any notice or explanation until I inquired, which made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their online service, and it's hard to trust the process when they don't tell me what's going on. I simply want my money returned and to know what's going to happen next.
