My Orders Cancelled and Unexplained by Nike
I purchased two Nike shoes from Nike's official website for my friend's birthday, but my order remained in the "preparing" stage for an extended period. Suddenly, when the orders were finally dispatched, they were promptly canceled. These two orders were placed separately. When I contacted the call center, they informed me that the cancellation occurred after dispatch, but they couldn't identify who canceled it. Such poor quality management is extremely amateurish. This has led to wasted time, dissatisfaction, and a loss of trust. Regardless of any potential price increases, I find this unacceptable for the Nike brand. I request an explanation and resolution for my grievance.
