I placed an order for a pair of shoes from the Lacoste website and have been waiting for 8 days for them to be shipped. When I contacted customer service, they told me that my order had been canceled based on information from the warehouse. However, the website still shows the status as "being prepared," and I haven’t received a refund. This is the second time I’ve had a bad experience with this brand. This will be my last purchase, and I expect my refund to be processed quickly. I will also file a complaint with Consumer Rights if necessary.
