I Still Haven’t Received My Zara Order After 2 Weeks and Repeated Delays

I placed an order from Zara on April 23, and today is May 7—but my order still shows as “being prepared.” This is completely unacceptable. The estimated delivery date has changed twice already, and both times the new delivery date passed without any explanation or resolution.
I reached out to customer service via live chat multiple times, and each time I got the same generic response: “Your order is being prepared. You will receive an email once it ships.” That’s it. No actual update or effort to resolve the issue. I’m extremely frustrated and exhausted from being strung along like this.
To make matters worse, my previous order arrived with a pant leg that was completely torn from top to bottom. Clearly, Zara is failing both in delivery and in product quality.
Zara, if you want customers to keep trusting your brand, you need to do much better. Fulfill my order immediately or issue a refund. And fix your broken customer service responses while you're at it. I’m extremely disappointed and won’t be shopping with you again if this continues.
