Obilet Charged Me Extra Fees to Change My Jordan Flight

I paid $988 for my ticket through Obilet for three people. When I wanted to change the ticket or put it on hold, I was asked to pay an additional $222. The ticket was changed from October 28 to November 9, but the new date was not suitable for me. When I wanted to change the ticket again to November 13, I was asked to pay another $329.

In total, I paid nearly $988 for a ticket to Jordan and was charged an additional approximately $551 in change fees. This is extremely frustrating. Now, the Jordanian airline contacted me by phone and informed me that the flight had been canceled. When I explained the situation, they told me that their system still showed three seats under my name for the 9th and three seats for the 13th, and that their system had not yet been updated. I want the full amount I paid for my canceled ticket to be refunded.

I have been seriously disadvantaged by this situation, as the cost of my ticket increased dramatically. Even the Jordanian airport reportedly did not know when my flight was scheduled to appear in their system. I do not understand how this situation occurred while additional payments were being taken from me. Their system was apparently still showing October 26, yet I was given information about a different flight date. I want the full amount I paid to be refunded and this matter properly investigated.
