Obilet Charges High Cancellation Fees for SunExpress Flight Tickets

I purchased three tickets through Obilet for a SunExpress flight from Diyarbakır to Antalya, scheduled for February 1, 2026. Each ticket cost $103.

However, when I realized that the ticket dates were incorrect and requested a cancellation, I was informed that a large cancellation deduction would be applied to each ticket. For example, I was told that for a ticket costing $103, I would receive a refund of only around $61, with the remaining amount being withheld as a penalty.

I request that, if these three tickets purchased through Obilet are canceled, the full amount of $103 per ticket be refunded with no deductions. I ask that the excessive cancellation penalties be removed, that the entire amount I paid be refunded in full, and that the necessary review be carried out so my grievance can be resolved.
