Jordan Aviation Flight Delayed for Seven Hours Without Notice

Our Jordan Aviation flight scheduled for May 30, 2024, was originally scheduled to depart at 3:15 PM. However, without any prior notice, the flight was delayed until 8:30 PM. As a result, we have had to wait at the airport for seven hours and are still waiting, with the possibility that the delay may be extended even further.

Flight delays can happen, but making passengers wait for so many hours without providing advance notice is extremely disrespectful. It was even more disappointing that we were only given a small sandwich and some water after such a long wait.
