I ordered the Joom kitchen cutlery holder listed under product code G56NME56, which was advertised as a wall-mounted stainless steel utensil rack with hooks and rust-resistant features. However, the item I received is completely different from what was shown online. The product listing promised a sleek, high-quality, carbon steel storage rack—but what I got was a cheap, flimsy plastic version that looks and feels nothing like the advertised images or description.
The material is extremely low-grade and certainly not rust-resistant carbon steel as claimed. The product I received is nowhere near the standard you'd expect for the price or the promises made on the site. This feels very misleading and dishonest.
