Stanley Thermos Rusting Despite Lifetime Warranty – Quality Issue

I purchased a Stanley thermos a year and a half ago, expecting high quality and durability as advertised. These thermoses are marketed as stainless steel and come with a lifetime warranty, yet mine has started peeling and rusting at the bottom.
This is completely unacceptable for a product that is supposed to last a lifetime. If the material was truly stainless steel, this should not be happening. I chose Stanley for its reputation and reliability, but now I feel let down by the quality.
I demand a replacement or proper resolution under the lifetime warranty. Stanley must stand behind its products and address this serious defect.
