I Received a Rusty Zara Home Dish Soap Dispenser and Want a Refund or Replacement

I purchased a kitchen dish soap dispenser from Zara Home expecting quality and durability given the price I paid. Instead, I received a product that began to rust within a short time of use. The metal parts corroded, and the glass pump sections lost their original color, looking discolored and cheap.

This is extremely disappointing for a brand like Zara Home that markets itself on style and sophistication. If I wanted low-quality products, I could’ve spent a fraction of the price elsewhere. I reached out for a product exchange or refund, but haven’t received any meaningful response yet.

Zara Home, I urge you to stand behind your product quality and provide a resolution immediately—whether that’s a replacement or a full refund. I’ve also taken photos of the defective item, and frankly, you should be ashamed to have your brand associated with this level of craftsmanship. This isn’t what loyal customers expect when they shop your name. Please make this right.
