If Joom says your package was delivered but you never got it, go to the "My Orders" section, find the item, and tap "I have an issue" to let them know.
Pick the option that says you didn't get the package and give any other information that might help. This will start a dispute and let Joom support know.
Also, ask your neighbors or the post office in your area if the package was delivered to the wrong address.
If you still haven't gotten your item after filing a complaint, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and explain that the tracking says it was delivered but you don't have it.
