I Face High Return Fee for Defective Shein Products

I recently placed an order on Shein worth ₺2,000, but several of the items arrived with poor stitching and some were even damaged or broken. Naturally, I decided to return them. However, when I initiated the return process, I was shocked to see that I would be charged ₺800 in return shipping fees.
I cannot understand why I should pay such a high amount just to send back low-value, defective products. A return fee that equals nearly half the value of my entire order is unreasonable, especially when the quality issues are entirely the seller’s fault.
I expect Shein to either waive this excessive return fee or provide a free return label, given the condition of the items. I am requesting a prompt resolution so that I can return these products without being unfairly penalized for the company’s quality control issues.
