In the JBL Tune 510BT model, which I have been using for about 4-5 months, the part that allows the left side to turn inward came off spontaneously. Although I could not understand the problem, no force was applied. While I was wearing the headphones properly, a clicking sound came from the right side. I delivered the product to the Vatan Bilgisayar store on Wednesday, May 3, 2023, along with the invoice and box. When I called for information today, May 11, 2023, I was told that the product was sent back without repair and that I would be informed via message when it reached the Vatan Bilgisayar branch. As for my offer to exchange the product or to have it repaired for a fee, I was told to send it back to the service after the product reached me. This completely absurd process and trying to deter the customer in these ways despite the fact that the product sold is flimsy and has a chronic problem, Aztek Technology could only humiliate itself so much.
