JBL Endurance Run Headphone Warranty Gone Wrong By D&R And Aztek

We bought JBL Endurance Run Bluetooth earphones from the D&R Akasya store, and we sent them back to be fixed while they were still under warranty. But they took our earphones as collateral and tried to give us an earphone that wasn't Bluetooth, saying that we couldn't get a replacement. The company that imports JBL, Aztek Technologies, told us that they did not have the same or a similar product in stock and offered us a refund instead. Even if we took the money back, we would have to pay the same amount to buy the same thing again. We said no to the refund and asked for either our original earphones or a similar pair. Both Aztek Technologies nor D&R Aksya haven't responded to our requests, which is a shame. I complained to both companies because I wasn't happy as a customer. Article 9 of the Resmi Gazete (https://www.resmigazete.gov.tr/eskiler/2014/06/20140613-2.htm) says that if a customer asks, the seller, manufacturer, or importer must replace a broken product with a similar one.
