I connect my JBL 570BT headphones to my phone via Bluetooth, but I cannot hear any audio at all. I only hear the connection sound, the “volume at maximum” alert, and the power-off sound; however, music, videos, or call audio from my phone do not play through the headphones. This issue has been ongoing for about 15 minutes. I tried turning the headphones off and back on to fix the problem, but nothing changed.
My headphones are most likely out of warranty, and I purchased the product from Vatan Bilgisayar. I have not contacted customer service yet.
I am requesting that my headphones be repaired or that technical support be provided. I kindly ask for your assistance.
