I’m Having Bluetooth Connection Issues with My JBL Tune 510BT

I’ve been using my JBL Tune 510BT headphones for a long time and had absolutely no issues—until just a few days ago. All of a sudden, I started facing serious Bluetooth connection problems. The headphones now take longer to pair with my phone, and even when they do connect, the connection is unstable.
Whenever I move the headphones slightly—like adjusting them while listening to music—the Bluetooth cuts out, and the sound stops. After a few seconds, they randomly reconnect and start playing again. This keeps happening over and over, which makes listening to anything nearly impossible.
I’ve never experienced anything like this before with these headphones, and I haven’t dropped or damaged them. This seems to be some kind of internal fault or hardware issue that developed suddenly, and it’s incredibly frustrating.
I paid nearly ₺1000 for these headphones, and while they’ve worked well until now, this sudden malfunction is disappointing. JBL, please provide support for this issue. I’m asking for a repair or a replacement—anything that ensures I can use the headphones again without dealing with constant dropouts. I trusted this product, and I’d like JBL to stand behind it.
