JBL 520BT Disconnects Constantly When Connected to PC

My JBL 520BT headphones work perfectly on my phone, but they constantly disconnect and reconnect when paired with my computer, despite having the latest Bluetooth drivers installed. This issue makes it impossible to use the headphones with my PC. I experienced a similar problem before, which was temporarily resolved by resetting the headphones, but this time, even resetting hasn’t fixed the issue. For the past month, the headphones have been unusable with my computer, and I’m extremely frustrated. I expect JBL to provide a permanent solution or replace the product. These issues are unacceptable for a brand with such a strong reputation. I urge JBL to address this problem promptly and help me resolve it.
