I purchased the JBL Tune 720BT headphones from Media Markt on 14.12.2024, and I’ve already encountered a major issue. When using the headphones via Bluetooth, the sound is significantly lower than expected and barely audible unless I set the volume to maximum. However, when I connect them to my phone using a cable, the volume nearly doubles, and the issue is resolved.
This defeats the purpose of using Bluetooth, as I can’t enjoy the wireless functionality due to the poor sound quality. For a brand like JBL, this is extremely disappointing, especially with a product I bought just yesterday.
I am requesting JBL to address this issue promptly, whether through troubleshooting, repair, or replacement. A new product shouldn’t have such fundamental issues.
