I have been using my JBL 560BT headphones for about one month, and for a while now the product has not been charging at all. Even though I tried different charging cables and power adapters, the headphones do not start charging and are currently unusable.
Because the product stopped charging in such a short period of time, I am requesting that the cause of the issue be identified and, if possible, that the product be replaced with a new one.
I kindly ask that the inconvenience I am experiencing be resolved as soon as possible and that I be informed about the process.
