We submitted an additional merchant virtual POS application through PayTR. We are building a large-scale online ticketing platform similar to Bubilet and Biletinial, so it is critically important for us that the POS infrastructure be activated as soon as possible.
Even though the company we applied under already has an existing virtual POS, we submitted a separate additional merchant request to follow the proper procedure.
However, it has been about one month since our application, and we have not received any response from the company. Every time we call customer service, they simply say “we will mark it as urgent”, but the process continues to be delayed. No one calls back, no one follows up, and we have not received any informational emails.
When I check the application screen using my reference number 17N7E5230*14C0**, it says “waiting for information from you.” However, I have already answered all the requested questions completely and sent the same email multiple times.
As this process continues to drag on, we have started to experience financial losses because we cannot launch our platform and are losing potential revenue. Despite this, no concrete action has been taken regarding my application.
I request that my application with reference number 17N7E5230*14C0** be urgently reviewed and finalized without any further delay, and that I be provided with a clear and written update about the status of the process.
