I made a deposit to my Parimatch account using Paytm/PhonePe from my phone, but although the amount was deducted from my account, it was declined in the game and has not been refunded.
It has now been 8 days, and the money is still missing. I also have a photo as proof of the payment, which clearly shows that the amount was successfully sent through Paytm/PhonePe.
When I contacted Airtel Bank, they first asked me to wait three days, and afterward they informed me that there is no issue on their side and that the problem is with Parimatch.
However, Parimatch support has not paid proper attention to my complaint, and I have not received any clear help or solution from them.
I request that my missing deposit amount be urgently located and either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment method. I also ask to be clearly informed about the outcome of the investigation.
