PhonePe UPI Transaction Successful but Game Balance Still Zero
I am writing to report a serious issue with my game account. Seventeen days ago, on February 25, I deposited ₹5,000 into my game account, but my balance is still showing 0, and the money has not been credited.
I made this payment through PhonePe using UPI/IMPS, and the transaction/UTR number is 377763693848. My player ID is 502984373.
Even though ₹5,000 was successfully deducted from my PhonePe/bank account, the amount has not appeared in my game account even after many days, which means I cannot use my account balance properly.
I request that this missing ₹5,000 deposit be urgently investigated and credited to my game account linked to player ID 502984373 as soon as possible. Alternatively, the amount should be refunded to my original payment method.
I expect a quick resolution and clear confirmation once this issue has been fixed.
