On March 21, 2026, I noticed that an unauthorized charge of approximately $8 appeared on my İş Bankası credit card statement under the description “eDreams Prime.” I have never started any membership under eDreams Prime, did not give any consent, and have not used eDreams for a long time.
About 45 days ago, I made a one-time transaction through eDreams using the same credit card, but aside from that, I have not actively used my account. Despite this, I consider it unfair and unauthorized that a membership fee was charged to my card without my knowledge or approval.
I request that this unauthorized eDreams Prime membership be immediately and completely canceled, and that the $8 charged to my credit card be fully refunded to me as soon as possible.
