JBL TUNE 520BT Connection Issue

I’ve been using the JBL 520BT, and I’ve recently encountered a frustrating problem when trying to connect it to my computer. Whenever I attempt to enjoy music or watch something, the device continuously announces “power on connected,” as if it’s stuck in a loop of disconnecting and reconnecting endlessly. As a result, I'm unable to enjoy music or watch videos or movies properly—it constantly cuts off. I attempted some basic troubleshooting steps, but unfortunately, nothing has been effective up to this point. This situation is becoming quite frustrating, particularly since I purchased this model with the expectation of dependable performance. I sincerely hope a resolution can be found, as currently, it’s not serving any of the intended purposes for which I purchased it.
