JBL 510 BT Headphones Sound Cutting Out Constantly After One Month

I initially loved my JBL 510 BT headphones—they worked perfectly with both my computer and phone. However, just one month later, the sound quality drastically declined. Even when connected solely to my computer, the audio became extremely choppy and frustrating to listen to.

I tried every solution I could find, including troubleshooting through ChatGPT and adjusting settings via Device Manager. Despite all efforts, the issue persists.

It’s disappointing that such a well-known brand would deliver a product that deteriorates so quickly. I expect better from JBL. I am seeking immediate assistance to resolve this issue or receive a replacement. Please address this promptly—I need a working device that matches the quality promised.
