eDreams Charges €99.99 Without Consent for Prime Membership

I previously purchased a flight ticket through eDreams. Then, on March 10, 2026, I noticed on my credit card statement that a charge of €99.99 was made under the description “eDreams Prime Annual Barcelona es,” without my knowledge or consent.

I do not accept this charge at all, as I did not request or approve any Prime membership or subscription. After noticing the transaction, I contacted my bank and had my card canceled; however, I have still been negatively affected by this unauthorized charge.

I request that eDreams fully refund the €99.99 that was charged without my permission, cancel any membership or subscription associated with my account, and ensure that no further charges are made to my card without my explicit consent.
