I recently noticed that charges have been regularly deducted from my Vodafone line for about a month under the name ShortMax “weekly one-time charge.” I believe this subscription was started without my consent, as I was not informed about it and cannot find any clear details about when it began or what exact amount is being charged.

My phone number is 0537*******71, and I request that this weekly subscription associated with my line be canceled immediately. I also demand a full refund of all charges that have been deducted under this subscription so far. I want my grievance—caused by a subscription initiated without my knowledge or explicit consent—to be resolved as soon as possible.
