JBL 510BT Charging Port Burned and Replacement Still Malfunctions

I purchased a JBL 510BT headset, but the charging port burned the very first time I plugged it in. I sent it in for warranty service, but the technical team claimed it was a user error and only offered me a 35% discount on a new product. Reluctantly, I bought another unit, but the replacement has several issues.
When switching between apps, the connection drops, and sound leaks occur. Additionally, if the headset isn’t used for a while, no sound comes through despite the device showing as connected. The LED light stays on, and the headset becomes undetectable by devices. I’ve sent the product in for warranty twice, but each time it was returned with "no issues found." The problems persist, and I am extremely dissatisfied. I demand a proper resolution, whether it’s a repair or a functional replacement.
