Ongoing Issues with Jaguar I-Pace After 9 Months and 5 Service Visits

I’ve been using a Jaguar I-Pace electric vehicle for the past nine months, but my experience has been nothing short of a disappointment. Despite sending my car to service five times, the issues remain unresolved. As the manufacturer, Jaguar offered a ₺500,000 discount on the purchase price and required me to pay an additional ₺50,000. After much frustration and negotiation, the amount was reduced to ₺22,000, and the necessary parts were replaced. However, the problems persist.

Interestingly, the loaner vehicle provided to me during repairs had no issues with charging, and I used it for three months without any trouble. In stark contrast, my car’s performance continues to be a source of frustration. I am at my wit’s end and feel like setting the vehicle on fire out of sheer disappointment. Jaguar needs to step in immediately and provide a permanent resolution. I demand proper service and support for the car I invested in, as this experience has been far below expectations.
