Delayed Repair for Jaguar I-Pace and No Replacement Vehicle Provided

On January 7, 2024, I sent my Jaguar I-Pace in for repairs, expecting the process to take approximately one month, as promised. However, it has now been over a month, and I have been informed that the necessary part has not yet arrived.

During this extended waiting period, I have been left without a replacement vehicle, despite the fact that my car is still under warranty. It is utterly unacceptable for a company of this stature to fail in providing even basic customer support, such as a temporary replacement car, especially for a warranty-covered issue.

This experience has completely eroded my trust in the Borusan group. From the day I purchased this vehicle, it has been nothing but frustration. I plan to escalate this matter to the relevant authorities and will never consider purchasing another Borusan-affiliated brand. I demand immediate resolution and a replacement vehicle until my car is repaired.
